Key Features

PFAS Free – No forever chemicals

The orange spray that the firefighters use to put out fires has PFAS which is dangerous for the watershed. This has 0 PFAs, NO forever chemicals

Safe Handling

That being said, I would not ingest it. The same way you wouldn’t eat your siding or a metal flashing.

Plant Safety

If you applied this to a plant it would damage it because it blocks out the sun. But not from a chemical application.

Low VOCs – Volatile Organic Compounds

When you open a can of paint and it smells, it’s from VOCs. This has nowhere near the degree of smell. It's close to odorless. That means less than 100 grams of VOCs per liter.

Blazestop

How long does this last? What's the warranty

Ensure your home remains fire-resistant and protected for years. Follow proper maintenance guidelines to maximize BlazeStop’s effectiveness and longevity

Warranty Details & Maintenance Guidelines

  • BlazeStop will be effective provided you keep the exterior paint in good condition according to the manufacturer's recommendation

  • You need to maintain your outercoating per the manufacturer's recommendation.

  • If the house rots out from the inside that will also prevent BlazeStop from being effective.

  • If the paint top coat is damaged by being scraped or hit and the substrate coating becomes exposed that will impact the efficacy and need to be repainted.

  • If you hang art or pictures on the outside, that's not an issue.

  • If you have a hail storm, call us immediately.

  • If someone hits your wall with golf balls that would need to be touched up.

  • BlazeStop is not designed to save life- evacuation is the best way to stay safe, BlazeStop Only adds a barrier to the home. Damage can still happen. Blazestop Does NOT stop fires it reduces opportunities for embers to use the home as fuel.
