Yes. It is independently tested at third party labs to work at a specific mm thickness which is verified throughout testing. We use the AAMP (Association for materials and protection and performance specification) as the gold standard with which we operate.

0% fire proof. It's not fireproof. It's fire resistant. That being, said we hold a ASTM E-2768 cert meaning less than a 10.5 Meter spread on the test material with a torch creating 55,000 BTU per minute for 30 minutes.
This will shield you from embers and buy the firefighters time. It will NEVER protect you from the “Wall of fire”
Using BlazeStop is part of your fire mitigation plan, not the only piece.
We meet the standard for ASTM E-84 and 2768
We exceed class A fire rating
And best of all we meet Colorado WUI Standards for ignition resistant building materials (wildland urban interface), which is required for most foothills and mountain areas as of senate bill 23-166.
Whats W.U.I you say? WUI = the new colorado fire codes that went into effect in 2025 through
SENATE BILL 23-166

a. There is no additional environmental impact and burden with this product.
b. The components we add to this product do not increase the environmental burden.
c. PFAS free NO forever chemicals
The orange spray that the firefighters use to put out fires has PFAS which is dangerous for the watershed. This has 0 PFAs, NO forever chemicals.
That being said, I would not ingest it. The same way you wouldn’t eat your siding or a metal flashing.
If you applied this to a plant it would damage it because it blocks out the sun. But not from a chemical application.
Low VOCs “Volatile Organic Compound”
When you open a can of paint and its smells its from VOCs this has nowhere near the degree of smell. It's close to odorless. That means less than 100 grams of VOCs per liter.

BlazeStop will be effective provided you keep the exterior paint in good condition according to the manufacturer's recommendation.
You need to maintain your outercoating per the manufacturer's recommendation.
If the paint top coat is damaged by being scraped or hit and the substrate coating becomes exposed that will impact the efficacy and need to be repainted.
If the house rots out from the inside that will also prevent BlazeStop from being effective.
If you ang art or pictures on the outside, that's not an issue.
If you have a hail storm, call us immediately. If someone hits your wall with golf balls that would need to be touched up.
-
If you can find a product as well as this one and apply it according to the right manufacturing standards to the tested specifications yes.
You cannot buy this product retail.

This is a significant investment in the future that adds protection to your home and other investments for years. When considering the cost, it’s important to think about the value of what you are protecting:
Protecting the Irreplaceable: What dollar value would you put on replacing everything in your home? What about the sentimental items that cannot be replaced?
Focus on Family: Leaving the home to evacuate during a fire allows you and your family to be the only focus. Having BlazeStop helps protect the home and what is inside for when you return.
Bridging the Insurance Gap: It's more challenging to find fire insurance in WUI (Wildland Urban Interface) areas. BlazeStop offers a level of protection to bridge the lack of insurance and provide confidence.
The BlazeStop Advantage:
Cost-Effective: Significantly cheaper than siding replacement.
Efficient: Short installation time.
Hassle-Free: No permits needed, saving you both time and money.
Unique: There is no other product out there on the market like this.
Peace of Mind: Professional protection for your most valuable asset..

There is always an inherent risk in anything new, but we exceed third-party testing standards with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) E84 and 2768. Intumescent coatings have been around for over 20 years in many industries, used in offshore rigs, high rises, and steel products.
In addition to intumescent coatings, our proprietary ingredients are Green Gold Certified and have been used for multiple years in the textile space. Our products are found in aviation (Air Force One), Formula 1 racing suits, medical spaces, and even in baby mattresses.
